Altendorf wins ‘Best of Consulting Mittelstand’

The well-known German publisher, WirtschaftsWoche, recently awarded Altendorf Group’s Concept AG with first position in the manufacturing and operations category of the ‘Best of Consulting SME 2022’ competition for the successful project.

Altendorf Group doubled the output at its Hebrock factory, thanks to a new production layout and the digitalisation of store floor management. This concept was not only developed, but its implementation was also actively supported by Concept AG.

Production within the buildings was converted to line production and the factory halls were equipped to enable the machines to move continuously from station to station with a uniform cycle time, along with the store floor management being digitalised. This makes the process faster, transparent and efficient.
