Weinig has taken over the grinding machine portfolio of Stähle-Hess GmbH and following the technical integration phase the Rotofinish, Gloria and Saturn machines will be produced and marketed under the Weinig brand name.

As per the agreement, Weinig is acquiring the design drawings and the technical know-how for the construction of the grinding machines from Stähle-Hess and the rights to market them. Warranties and service obligations for delivered machines remain with Stähle-Hess GmbH.

Weinig can thus expand its product portfolio and offer customers in timber window production a complete solution for processing machines from a single source, allowing them to produce perfect surfaces.
