Pallmann Maschinenfabrik took over the business operations of the Slovakian company Febs SK and all activities of the company have been transferred to it. Through this acquisition, the Siempelkamp subsidiary increases its added value with important components in the complete woodyard field, including conveying technology. Additionally, they profit from the engineering competence of a well-coordinated team.

Febs has specialised experience and expertise which play a key role for Pallmann as a leading supplier of size reduction technology. These include the planning, design, manufacturing and delivery of systems and components for mechanical conveying.

The cooperation of both companies has a long tradition. Pallmann and Febs combine a long history of good cooperation which is now leading to a new, strategic partnership.
