Taiwan’s best, and one of the leading woodworking machinery trade shows in Asia, Wood Taiwan kicks off at the Nangang Exhibition Centre in Taipei from 20 to 23 April 2023.
Its digital (online) version will be on until 4th May (online.woodtaiwan.com.tw).
It has been organised by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and Taiwan Woodworking Machinery Association (TWMA).
The highlights of the exhibition are machines and equipment for primary processing (sawmilling, veneer and plywood) and secondary processing
(sawing, planing, moulding, turning, edge banding, finger jointing, boring, tenoning, mortising and sanding) of wood.
Apart from machines and technical equipment for surface treatment, there will be exhibitors promoting tooling, packaging, upholstery machinery, CAD/CAM technology, coatings, paints, adhesives and timber construction.
Engraving machinery, fittings, hardware and components, forest technology, safety control, wood crafts and furniture will also feature prominently in the exhibition’s programme.
There are more than 160 exhibitors, who supply machinery, tools, production consumables and ready-made furniture mainly to Japan, China, the US, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, India and Thailand.
