Woodtech Consultant’s newly launched four-side molder comes with many advanced features, such as a touch-screen control system with six-axes control. This is a heavy-duty machine built with all the latest technology and features.

It is mainly used for processing the four sides planing and molding of various wood products with a width within 230 mm. For example: solid wood doors and windows, photo frames, solid wood floors, wood lines, corner lines, wall panels and other processing enterprises.

The FSM-623P is a six-axes, four-side woodworking moulder, using a fully enclosed safety cover, feeding configuration of 12 up and 5 down, a total of 17 groups of active feed roller and universal joint transmission.

The speed is up to 36 metres/minute (frequency conversion speed regulation). It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, smooth feeding and good processing quality.

In particular, the double tool structure is used to achieve the combination of rough planning and fine planing, and the planing quality is smoother and more perfect.

Woodtech’s newly launched membrane press, the TM3200C, comes with a powerful vacuum and positive pressure system. This machine has built-in advanced technology and features that are state-of-the-art. It is used for manufacturing kitchen cabinets, wardrobe shutters and all kinds of furniture components, including doors and decorative panels.

This machine can be equipped with a single or double tray system for continued operations.
