This machine stands out for its ability to perform both straight and angular edge banding with corner rounding, all within a single machine. With a 45-degree edge banding station, it is equipped for profiling and a corner rounding unit.

This feature allows for corner rounding after angular edge banding, all controlled via a one-touch button system. The system enables seamless switching between straight and angular edge banding, eliminating the need for manual adjustments and reducing setup time and potential errors.

It also boasts an intuitive and smart PC control panel, making operation and maintenance straightforward. Its pressure beam with a V-belt ensures substantial contact with the work piece, enhancing press stability.

Additionally, the pre-milling unit, featuring a 40-mm milling cutter, effectively removes defects post cutting, ensuring a smooth and precise edge banding application.

The pre-heating unit strengthens the bond of the edge banding, while the PUR pre-melting unit allows for quick changes between various glue types, making operation easy.

The pressing unit of the edge bander employs intelligent positioning and pressure adjustments. It automatically calibrates based on the thickness of the edge banding, reducing impact on the panel and ensuring a smoother, more efficient edge banding process.
