The company’s steel belts are available in two primary grades: 1100C and 1650SM. These grades provide the ideal balance of tensile strength, elasticity, thermal conductivity, and resistance to corrosion and wear.
IPCO’s manufacturing facility in Sweden, adheres to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, allowing them to produce belts to any length, with widths up to 4,620 mm and thicknesses ranging from 1.2 to 3.5 mm.
To address inevitable belt damage during manufacturing, IPCO has developed advanced repair solutions. Their patented QuickDisc Plus 500 tool enables precise removal of damaged sections and replacement with a new disc from the spare section provided with each belt.
This self-contained system ensures high-quality repairs for areas up to 480 mm in diameter, maintaining the belt’s original performance and durability.
