Following the record-breaking success of the March 2024 edition, the China International Furniture Fair (CIFF) Guangzhou is set to open its doors once again in March 2025, promising an even more vibrant and expansive experience for the global furniture industry.

Scheduled for March 2025 at the Canton Fair Complex, the event will bring together key players from the furniture sector to showcase the latest innovations, trends and solutions that are reshaping the industry.

CIFF Guangzhou continues to stand as a strategic platform for the global furniture business, focusing on design, innovation and market expansion. The event’s theme, ‘Design trend, global trade, full supply chain’, emphasises its role as a comprehensive showcase of the furniture supply chain, from production to distribution.

Over the course of 8 days, CIFF will offer numerous opportunities for international buyers and suppliers to connect through B2B meetings, matchmaking activities, and design events, both on-site and online.

The exhibition will feature over 4,700 exhibitors and cover 8,50,000 square metres of exhibition space, making it the largest furniture fair globally. Over 3,80,000 professional visitors from more than 200 countries and regions are expected to attend, reinforcing CIFF’s reputation as the leading platform for furniture trade and innovation

Market focus

CIFF Guangzhou 2025 will be split into two distinct phases, each focusing on key areas of the global furniture market. The first phase (March 18 to 21, 2025) will centre on home furniture, featuring a wide range of product categories such as contemporary design, dining & living, sofas & beds, home décor, textiles, and outdoor furniture.

One of the key highlights will be the CIFF Contemporary Design Fair, which will bring together top brands and renowned designers to focus on cutting-edge research and production. The international pavilion will serve as a key platform for global companies aiming to reach both the Chinese and other international markets.

Commercial design

Other key sections in the first phase include dining & living, highlighting multifunctional and flat-pack furniture solutions for mass distribution, upholstered furniture, focusing on sofas and mattresses, and suite furniture, dedicated to both domestic market development and export.

The home decor and home textile sector will present Asia’s largest exhibition of interior decoration and textiles, offering international traders a wide variety of home accessories.

The second phase (March 28 to 31, 2025) will spotlight office and commercial space, featuring the world’s largest exhibition of office furniture and commercial design. This phase will include the office environment, where top-tier brands will present solutions for modern, functional workspaces, office seating, and the public commercial space area, which will showcase furniture for schools, airports, hotels, and healthcare facilities.
