The Furniture and Fittings Skill Council (FFSC) created a dynamic and engaging space at IndiaWood 2025, turning its Skill Pavilion into a hub of learning, collaboration and industry-driven skilling initiatives.
Industry leaders, students and professionals came together to experience firsthand the transformative power of structured skill development in the furniture, interior and allied sectors.
A major highlight was the participation of more than 300 industry partners in the Skill Gap Test, helping FFSC gather valuable data on workforce challenges and evolving industry needs. These insights will play a crucial role in shaping future training programmes to ensure businesses have access to a highly skilled workforce.

MSME workshop
