Automatic double-end tenoner from E-Chain

E-Chain Machinery Co’s fully automatic double-end tenoner (NC type) is the complete solution to significantly reduce operator calibration time when switching from one job to the next.

It features NC positioning of top pressure hold-downs and the movable side of the machine for automatic working width and working thickness settings. The NC servo enables the positioning of all working units (horizontal and vertical axes) and in-feed reference fence (horizontal axis).

Its 63F tool interface is direct-driven by hi-frequency motors and is used for quick lock/ release tooling changeover on moulding systems. The automatic dogs eliminate dog set-up as the detection of an incoming work piece automatically pops up the next set of available dogs for operator use.
